Let's Help Little Artemy

 Little Artemy, born on 02.11.2015, was the second long-awaited and cherished child in the family, but to his parents' surprise he was born at 34 weeks of pregnancy. Because of his early arrival, during an examination the doctors diagnosed the boy on an ultrasound with: a congenital malformation: intrauterine volvulus and necrosis of the jejunum. Later - partial adhesive intestinal obstruction. Artemy was immediately operated on, and just 24 days after birth a second operation was performed, during which a brain hemorrhage occurred. The third operation was at two and a half months. The boy spent a full three months alone in intensive care. Afterwards, in critical condition, he was transferred to another intensive care unit for further treatment. There Artemy stayed with his mother for another three months. Subsequently the doctors made a grim diagnosis: cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis of the 3rd degree of severity. On 14.03.2019 a fourth operation was performed – Selective dorsal rhizotomy. At present Artemy needs constant trips for rehabilitation in order to overcome his illness. Over the 8 years of his life he has learned to eat on his own (he holds a spoon and fork himself), he talks, understands speech addressed to him, and plays with toys. All this thanks to the constant efforts of his family and regular rehabilitation. Now the boy's main goal in life is to learn to walk. Ongoing courses of rehabilitation and treatment require large financial expenses. Unfortunately, Artemy's family cannot afford all of this in full. At the moment the boy Artemy needs our help in raising funds for 3 courses of rehabilitation at the " Adeli - Penza " rehabilitation center, Russia.

The total amount to be raised is 1 516 200 Russian rubles.
